Day 102 - ‘Run’ The Year 2019 complete!
I walk just about as fast as I run, so this is a wash. :) Completed the ‘Run The Year’ goal today and ran the numbers through a calculator to find the average miles I have walked per day this year is 7.45.
Since starting the #walktobahiablanca when Austin left on his mission on 6/18, I have averaged right at 10 miles per day. Goes to show what a difference a concrete goal with deadlines can do for you. Another 2.5 miles a day has made a big difference. It’s another 40 minutes or so of walking each day, but I love being out there in this beautiful world and seeing the glories of nature and having some great interactions with the people that I meet along the way.
This is the third year in a row I have completed the Run The Year Program, so they sent me a special medal with the ‘3 years’ spinner in it.

Hit another milestone in the #seattletobahiablanca journey, as I passed by the 1,000 miles complete mark towards Argentina. This has actually ‘virtually’ put me just right outside of St. George, Utah, so I am back in my home state! (For just a little bit anyway. ;)
