Miller Marathon #3
Finished my third #millermarathon
last night, while walking toward the #majesticfamilyreunion in Sandy, Utah. I am now 1/3 of the way from Rexburg to Sandy.
This one is dedicated to my big sister, Kelly Miller
Kelly has always been a great example to me. She is the oldest of our seven kids, and was the built-in baby sitter. She was often moms ‘elf’ during Christmas, and helped so much with making great Christmases for our family. She took this responsibility in-stride and took care of each of her siblings, and she is still doing that today! She is the most caring, generous, thoughtful and kind person I know. She has a wonderful sense of humor, and keeps us all laughing whenever we are together. There are so many instances throughout my life where she has been so generous to me and my family. She has helped make many of my dreams come true! When I was trying to get to Japan to be an English teacher, she helped purchase my plane ticket. She helped get tickets for Austin and Jaylin to go with us to Prague to pick up Autumn. She gave me her treadmill when Austin left on his mission- which has saved me thousands of miles in the rain and weather and where I would have otherwise had to walk at the malls.
We are so lucky to have her live nearby us in the Seattle area. We love spending time with her and Ruth. We have had a tradition where we had gone out to a monthly #bigsislilbro movie night, and we just have a blast together. I am so grateful to have her as my sister.
I love you Kelly!
